While our products are non-alcoholic zero-proof botanical mixers, certain suggested serves and recipes reference adult beverage pairings intended strictly for adults of legal drinking age.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and chosen shipping method.

  • Damaged or Broken Items: BarMixxers packages all glass 750ml and 16oz bottles securely to withstand transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage so we can process a replacement or refund.

4. Refund & Return Policy

  • Returns: Due to the consumable nature of our artisan beverage elixirs and food-grade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Exceptions / Defective Items: If your product arrives spoiled, structurally compromised, or damaged during transit, please reach out to our support team immediately. We will review the issue and issue a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds: Once an approved replacement or refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
